Wandery — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wandery mobile application (“Wandery”, “the app”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wandery. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the app with parental or guardian consent.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your profile up to date.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, posts, friends, conversations, and uploaded media. Some anonymized analytics may persist for legitimate business purposes.

3. User-Generated Content

Wandery lets you create posts (photos and videos), captions, place tags, reactions, friend requests, and direct messages (“Content”). You retain ownership of your Content. By posting Content, you grant Wandery a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that Content for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for the Content you post and for any consequences arising from it.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to post, share, or transmit any Content that:

• Is harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory;
• Contains sexual or sexually explicit material involving minors, or that is otherwise sexually explicit, pornographic, or graphic in nature;
• Promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activity, or terrorism;
• Infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Contains personal information about other people without their consent (doxxing);
• Is spam, scams, phishing, malware, or unsolicited commercial content;
• Misrepresents your identity or impersonates another person, business, or entity;
• Is illegal under applicable law.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for content or behavior of the type listed above.

5. Reporting and Moderation

You can report any post, message, or user from inside the app:

• Posts: long-press a post in the feed → Report post / Report user.
• Direct messages: long-press a message in chat → Report message.
• Other users: long-press a friend’s row → Report; or open chat → ⋯ → Report user.

We commit to reviewing every report within 24 hours. We may, in our sole discretion, remove Content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take any other action we consider appropriate.

You can also block any user from the same long-press menus or from chat (⋯ → Block user). Blocked users cannot message you and do not appear in your feed.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your account has been used to harm other users. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it from inside the app.

7. Disclaimer

Wandery is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of place information, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandery and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
